We stopped during our road trip, big enough parking for uhauls , went in and ordered 2 breakfast plates and meat loaf and pork chop breakfast.

Eating keto has me on an omelet kick lately. Can't help myself. That and wings too! Here's my latest discovery -- A 3 Egg Western Omelet with added jalapeños and mushrooms. Served with homemade salsa. I asked for side of avocado instead of hash browns and toast. Huge servings! Paired with a great cup of coffee, my morning was made. Scroll to second pic to see how much they put on the inside. Jolly Truck Stop has the absolute best omelets in and around Wichita Falls hands down (at least that I've tried). Think you have better?
